Solar cycles

In South Korea, the solar panels in the middle of the highway have a bicycle path underneath.
Cyclists are protected from the sun, isolated from traffic, and the country can produce clean energy.

There are so many different bicycle lanes patterns and designs and I think this is one of the best. Providing shade for the people trying to reduce their carbon footprint sounds like a lovely reward for them.

First things first--a proper education
