On the topic of anti-aging, here is an example of some of the positive work being done in the longevity (but not-transhumanist) scientific community. Dr David Sinclair, a molecular biologist at Harvard medical school, has spent much of his time focused on preventing age-related deteriorations. In this case, through epigenetic intervention, Sinclair and his lab were able to "cure" blindness in mice by way of rejuvenating some of the damaged cells that are critical to vision. As someone who may be in the midst of developing myopia, this is exciting to see.
Q: W.W.W.T. = What Would Wendell Think?
Interesting article I think I've read something like this before, I definently think this contradicts Wendell on living a life for a purpose as things like this extends some ones life as a way against nature and how it was designed.
