Patrick asked about this, maybe others have also been confused -- as I was -- by the New Blogger protocol for posting videos. It's actually easier than it used to be, on "Legacy Blogger" (which has now gone away)...
Just click on New Post, then on the Insert Video icon (just to the left of the smiley face), then choose either the computer or YouTube option. If the latter, paste in the URL and select the video when it pops up. And Publish.
So, do share relevant videos when you find them.

Now, maybe one of you can help me. It used to be easy to embed Tweets. Now, it just reproduces the HTML code. Changing the "HTML view/Compose view" option in the upper left (the pen icon) doesn't seem to make a difference.
